Tuition and Fees for Fall 2009 and Spring 2010

AHG 670 – Directed Study – 2 hrs $970 ($485 per semester hour)

Tuition and Fees for Summer 2010

Below are tuition and fees for Summer 2010. All tuition, fees and other charges are set by the university and subject to change without prior notice. Applicable tuition and fee charges for graduate courses must be paid at the time of registration.

Cost for each two semester hour (one-week) course, Summer 2010:

Room and Board   $444

The Room and Board fee includes double-occupancy housing in Ashland University apartments or residence halls and all meals, from dinner Sunday through lunch Friday. All rooms are air conditioned. Check-in begins each week on Sunday at noon; students must check-out by Friday at 4 pm. Students taking courses in consecutive weeks may choose to remain in campus housing for the weekend between courses at no additional charge. No meal service is provided over the weekend.

In addition, students are responsible for acquiring the books for each course. Books cost approximately $125 per course, but the exact amount varies from course to course. Books may be purchased directly from the Ashland University Bookstore, or students may purchase them elsewhere. Titles, authors, and edition information will be provided in the syllabus for each course.

With 32 credit hours required for the degree, the total cost of the degree will be approximately $21,100.

Fees in general are non-refundable. Tuition is non-refundable in the instance of an unofficial withdrawal. Students who make official withdrawals or reduce their course loads should consult the Ashland University Business Office for the schedule of refunds. It is the responsibility of the student to obtain and complete withdrawal forms and procedures from the education center where they are enrolled.
