Cost for each two semester hour (one-week) course, Summer 2012:

Tuition ($515/credit hour)    $1030
Room and Board   $450
Total   $1480

The Room and Board fee for courses taken at the Ashland main campus includes double-occupancy housing in Ashland University apartments or residence halls and all meals, from dinner Sunday through lunch Friday. Check-in begins each week on Sunday at noon; students must check-out by Friday at 4 pm. Students taking courses in consecutive weeks may choose to remain in campus housing for the weekend between courses at no additional charge with prior notice to the MAHG office. No meal service is provided over the weekend.

In addition, students are responsible for acquiring the books for each course. Books cost approximately $125 per course, but the exact amount varies from course to course. Books may be purchased directly from the Ashland University Bookstore, or students may purchase them elsewhere. Titles, authors, and edition information will be provided in the syllabus for each course.

Special note for Philadelphia courses: For students taking courses at Philadelphia, the Room and Board fee includes a double-occupancy hotel room and the welcome dinner on Sunday evening. Students are responsible for their own meals after Sunday evening, ground transportation, or parking charges. Single room requests will incur an additional charge. Students may check in on Sunday and must check out on Friday each week. No early arrival or late departure is available except at the student's own expense. Students who must arrive early or stay late must make and pay for their own hotel arrangements. Students are also responsible for hotel charges if they must stay the weekend between sessions.

With 32 credit hours required for the degree, the total cost of the degree will be approximately $22,000.
